Where did we get E.coli and T4 phages from?

title is pretty self explanatory. I know Robson told us, but I can't find out where I wrote it down can someone tell me the company name we got the E. Coli and T4 phages from?

The T4 and E. coli are from Presque Isle Cultures, Presque Isle, PA.
The nutrient agar and broth came from Becton-Dickson, 1 Becton Drive
Franklin Lakes, NJ.
